Your wellness spaces
deserve more than a catalogue.

What to install, what to offer, for which guests and at what level of investment? I work with hotels, private clients and yachts on these four questions — fitness, spa, nutrition and guest journey. A technical, operational approach — upstream of the architect.

Expertise

A wellness space built to perform over time.

I support you in designing and refining your wellness space. My role: to help you make the right decisions before you invest — equipment, layout, circulation and use — to create a space that is coherent, functional and profitable.

The right equipment, in the right place

I help you select the equipment that genuinely fits your guests, your objectives, your budget and the characteristics of your space. Every choice is judged on how useful it is, where it sits, what it takes to maintain and how much it will genuinely be used.

You invest with confidence, avoiding ill-suited equipment and unnecessary spending.

  • A selection that fits your concept exactly
  • Targeted, controlled investment
  • Equipment that is useful, appealing and genuinely used
  • An offering that matches what your guests expect
  • Tighter control of your budget

A space designed for operational excellence

A wellness space has to look good, but it also has to flow, feel intuitive and be pleasant to be in — for your guests as much as for your teams. I look at the layout, the flow and how the areas are organised, so that every square metre earns its place and day-to-day running is easier.

  • Natural, intuitive circulation
  • A space optimised down to the smallest detail
  • Greater comfort in use
  • Smoother organisation for the teams
  • A higher-quality guest experience

Independent expertise to secure your decisions

I bring an independent, pragmatic eye — anticipating constraints, flagging what needs watching and heading off costly mistakes.

You move forward with clear, coherent decisions, fully aligned with your objectives.

  • Less risk and less wasted spending
  • Constraints spotted early
  • Decisions that are informed and sound
  • A more solid, more coherent project
  • Dependable support at every stage

Guest experience

It all started with what my clients were telling me.

For years I have worked in Paris with women and men who look after themselves — regular training, massages, a way of life built with real discipline. Many of them travel. And almost all of them come back with the same story.

They booked a four- or five-star hotel. The lobby is magnificent, the room faultless. Then they go down to the gym: two tired treadmills in a room with no window, a bench, a few mismatched dumbbells. At the spa, a massage menu you could read in any property anywhere in the world. Their routine stops there, for the whole stay.

Hearing that disappointment dozens of times made me think. What I build with each client in my studio — the right equipment, the right technique, the right treatment — why not bring it to where they spend their nights? That is where this consulting work came from: making sure a demanding guest finds in a hotel the same standard of wellbeing they keep to at home.
